A change of ownership in 1995 heralded a new era for the operation. A sophisticated factory-warehouse complex was built in 1999 to house the extensive range of state of the art printing equipment, pre-press technology and finishing departments, along with a huge storage and distribution facility.
The company has recently acquired the most technologically advanced A1 size 10-colour printing press the Komori LS1040P. This is the first one of its kind in Australasia. This new offset press is capable of printing up to 15,000 sheets per hour in perfecting mode. It will allow Quality Press to revolutionise the demanding requirement of print services, allowing for high speed work flows, colour consistency and cost efficiencies.
Quality Press’ extensive client base includes both small and large business as well as Corporations, Government Agencies, Educational Institutions, Local Government and national and international organisations.
A team of over 45 print professionals are employed with 24 hours per day shifts 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, plus 12 hours on Saturday. The company has the ability to extend the weekend shifts to provide additional production needs.
The company is a quality assured company with accreditation to ISO 9001:2000, certificate number QEC 13368 and are working towards their Green Stamp Accreditation..
